Built on Open AI platform, our AI assistant is there for you in very similar ways to Chat GPT. But... we carefully went through the structure to be sure that t lives up to professional standards for care.
• The AI assistant is also a support for ADHD-related struggles such as task initiation, overwhelm, organization, motivation, emotional regulation, and follow-through on those tough tasks.
• Support for basic mental health needs such as stress, anxiety, negative thought patterns, confidence, and daily coping can be talked through with the AI assistant at any time night or day. 

Live Daily supports are also included:
