Meet and Greet

About Monkeys & Peanut Butter

Monkeys and Peanut Butter was created to make mental health support easier to understand, easier to remember, and easier to use in real life.

We combine counseling, coaching, psychoeducation, practical courses, live Q&A, and AI-guided support into one flexible system. Our approach is built around the MPB framework, which uses simple visual tools to help explain thoughts, emotions, behavior patterns, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, stress, and daily life challenges.

The goal is not to make mental health feel more complicated. The goal is to help you understand what is happening, feel less alone, and take realistic next steps with support along the way.

Meet the Team

Jeremiah Dillehay

LMHCEd.S.

I’m Jeremiah Dillehay, Ed.S., a licensed mental health counselor with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 14 years of counseling experience.

My approach blends brain-based strategies, CBT and REBT, practical skill-building, and the creative Monkeys and Peanut Butter framework. My style is warm, direct, a little playful, and focused on helping you work with your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.

I hold an Ed.S. degree in Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University and am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington and a Professional Counselor in Arkansas. I am also certified in Neuropsychotherapy, ADHD treatment, and Autism Spectrum Disorder support, including NPT-C, ADHD-CCSP, and ASDCS certifications.

Through MPB, I combine counseling, coaching, courses, practical tools, fun metaphors, and clear next steps to help make mental health support easier to understand and easier to use in real life.

Trudy Ann Renion

ADHD & Life Coach | Operations & Support

I’m Trudy Ann Renion, an ADHD and Life Coach and part of the Monkeys and Peanut Butter team. I also support the behind-the-scenes work that goes into our programs, courses, and resources.I believe ADHD support should start with understanding the person, not just the diagnosis. Everyone experiences ADHD differently, so I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach is centered on getting to know you, your strengths, challenges, values, goals, and what works best for you.Together, we focus on practical strategies that fit your real life. We’ll build tools you can actually use, work through challenges without judgment, celebrate progress, and replace self-criticism with understanding and self-compassion.

Ready to take the next step?
